Yoga Offerings
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that originated from ancient India. Here we are, thousands of years later, continuing to integrate these tools into our self-care rituals. Take a deeper look into our yoga offerings below.
Learn about our yoga offerings:
-
Meditation is a mindful, active practice of connecting with your awareness. Instead of trying to turn your brain off, become an active observer of your thoughts to gain a healthy sense of perspective. You’ll soon see that the awareness you find in silence, will inform your awareness when life gets a little wild.
-
In a world that pushes for productivity, rest is revolutionary. Restorative Yoga is a meditative practice that challenges the mind more so than the body. With long periods of passive stretching, using lots of props, you’ll have the opportunity to completely re-calibrate. With no “fight or flight” at play, all that’s left is you. Take this time to explore your “you” space more deeply.
-
Slow things down with a restorative flow where you never leave the floor. This therapeutic practice offers space for you to explore the baseline of what your body is feeling in the moment. You’ll be encouraged to tune into what your body is communicating, where you hold tension, what feels good and what doesn’t. Using deep inhales and exhales to center yourself, you’ll find release and peace.
-
Prenatal Yoga, available for both parents, is a fantastic way to stay connected to your body or your partner’s experience. While poses are modified to protect you and your baby, you will still be able to experience breath work, gentle movement, and most of all, rest.
-
We like to refer to Vinyasa as the dance of the physical yoga practices, flowing from one pose to another to the rhythm of your breath. Each flow will warm the body and increase flexibility. Stay curious, create space, and see what your mind and body are capable of.

Keeping the fluid dance of breath-to-movement, Power Vinyasa takes things up a notch with strength and endurance. Long holds in powerful poses, such us Plank Pose or Crescent Lunge, will free your mind as your thoughts shift focus to fire up your major muscle groups. You’ll leave this practice leaving feeling energetic and recharged.
